At Prime Deals, we work directly with vetted suppliers to bring you professional-grade tools without the retail markup. Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times. Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–15 business days after processing. Larger items such as welders and pressure washers may take up to 20 business days. Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states; we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Split shipments. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

Tracking. Tracking information can take 3–5 business days to become active after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Delays. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, and severe weather can extend delivery times beyond our estimate. We'll keep you informed if we're notified of a delay.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus return shipping costs.
